Ally’s Cookies is a local bakery proudly based in Foxboro, specializing in delicious gourmet cookies and mobile coffee catering for all occasions. From birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and holiday celebrations to farmers’ markets, sports tournaments, and community gatherings, we’re passionate about creating memorable experiences through fresh-baked cookies and handcrafted coffee beverages. Whether you visit us in-store or at one of our mobile events, everything we serve is made to bring joy to every moment.

What started as a hobby during the pandemic — simply bringing smiles to friends and family through homemade cookies — quickly grew into something much bigger. As support from the community continued to grow, so did our dream.

In October of 2023, we proudly opened our brick-and-mortar storefront in Foxboro, giving customers a place to enjoy fresh-baked cookies made daily from our full commercial kitchen.

In February of 2025, we expanded the Ally’s Cookies family by purchasing Doglio Coffee, allowing us to bring together two things we love most — incredible cookies and great coffee. Today, we operate two mobile units — a full coffee and cookie truck and a mobile trailer — bringing the Ally’s Cookies and Doglio Coffee experience to private events, sports tournaments, farmers’ markets, artisan fairs, and community gatherings throughout the region.
